Improv Series

Service Description

Students in this class will explore specific improvisation skills each week. These skills are easily transferrable to both the stage and real life. This class is great for a beginning or more experienced performer who would like to improve their theatre skills overall as improv influences every aspect of theatre! We will be utilizing Zoom video meetings for this class and would need the student to be able to access it from a tablet or computer. Price is per class. You do not need to sign up for all of the classes, you just sign up for 1 at a time. See below for each week's theme: 6/2- Essential Improv: Active Listening, Thought Association, Saying "Yes", Honesty 6/9- Scene Development: Settings, Pantomiming, and Opening Statements 6/16- Character Development: Stock Characters, Impersonations, etc. 6/23- Teamwork: Trust, Working Together, Relationships Onstage
